Camp

REACH Camp 2011 was a great spiritual journey for all of us.  This year's camp had 51 campers, our largest number ever, and over 20 adults who helped in some capacity during the week.  Our theme "Going Deeper" challenged us to take a look at where we are in our spiritual journey, encouraged us to take a step forward in our faith, and gave us the tools and know-how to wade out further.  Lee Fowlkes, from Bowling Green, KY, was once again our featured speaker for the week.

The kids participated in athletics, crafts, team building, other team activities, Bible classes, and so much more.  They also rode the zip-line, did the giant swing, and had a chance at the Leap of Faith.  It was a week filled with activity and spiritual growth.

Our Sr. Campers of the week were Corey King and Becca Griffin.  Our Jr. Campers of the week were Nick McDermott and Kelsey Senn.  The winner of the team competition was H2O, led by Dominique Allen and Becca Griffin.

Overall, it was a tremendous week and we look forward to next year's camp.  A big thanks to Gary Semanchik and the Camp Sycamore Creek team for allowing us to use the camp once again this year.  For pics click here.   For a cool video click here.
